Jonathan Nelson
Jonathan A. Nelson joined Day&Johns (now Juris Day) as an associate upon his being admitted to the Virginia Bar in 2007. Mr. Nelson is a litigator, handling a wide variety of courtroom and pre-trial responsibilities before courts, administrative judges/commissioners, and arbitrators throughout Northern Virginia.
Mr. Nelson’s practice focuses on contract litigation, personal injury, and family disputes. He also drafts and reviews contracts, drawing on his knowledge of litigation to help anticipate potential future advantages or pitfalls.
Mr. Nelson is a 2007 graduate of The George Washington University School of Law. While in law school, he competed in moot court and alternative dispute resolution, as well as participating in mock trial and negotiations. Mr. Nelson received his B.A. in Government and Public Policy from Patrick Henry College in 2004.
